NOTE: Commercial flag poles are shipped F.O.B. from the factory. You will be billed for actual Truck Freight Charges. There may be additional charges for residential deliveries. Have the driver note the damage on the weigh bill and return the shipment to the manufacturer for inspection. Please reference your quote/invoice number on all correspondence or payments.
